Refund policy
Non-Returnable Items Guidelines:
Please be aware that all our products are dispatched in sealed packaging. Should the seal be broken or tampered with, indicating the item has been opened, it no longer qualifies for a return.
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened.
- Items in packaging where the seal is damaged.
- Products not purchased through www.shilaheal.com.
- Items lacking a valid order number or packaging slip.
Returning Unopened Products:
To return an unopened item, you must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery by reaching out to us. Once your return is authorized by our Customer Experience Department, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days from the authorization date.
Ensure that the returned unopened product(s) include a receipt or proof of purchase displaying your name, address, and order number.
If a product is returned opened or in a damaged state, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns initiated past the 30-day window will not qualify for a refund.
Should we not receive your return within 30 days, a refund will not be issued.

Allow 7-14 business days for processing and approval once the return reaches our warehouse. As a growing entity, we do not supply return labels or cover shipping costs.
