ShilaHeal (operated by Mushroom Garden LLC) is committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Every order is carefully packed to arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99. For orders below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days. International: 7–16 business days, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow a little time for tracking to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@shilaheal.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We will help open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
