Refund & Return Policy

At ShilaHeal (operated by Mushroom Garden LLC), your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, the following rules apply for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests that meet all of these conditions: the request is made within 30 days of delivery; the item is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging; and proof of purchase (name and order number) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, items with a broken or tampered seal, products damaged through misuse or improper storage, or items not purchased through www.shilaheal.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shilaheal.com with your order number and photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit.

How to Request a Return

Email info@shilaheal.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once authorized, items must be returned within 14 days.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
