Overview

At Shilaheal, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are ingestible wellness supplements, certain return limitations apply for health, safety, and quality-control reasons.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for items that meet all of the following conditions:

 

the request is made within 30 days of delivery,

the item is unused, unopened, and sealed,

the product is returned in its original packaging,

proof of purchase is provided.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns of:

 

opened or used products,

unsealed jars, pouches, or bottles,

products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling,

items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.

 

 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@shilaheal.com] with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

 

a replacement item,

a refund to the original payment method,

store credit.

 

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email [info@shilaheal.com] with:

 

your full name,

order number,

reason for return,

photos if applicable.

 

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

 

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a verified product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

 

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

 

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under this Refund Policy.

 

 

European Union Consumers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights, including a possible 14-day withdrawal right, except where exemptions apply, including for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
