How to use

Follow these steps:

1. Determine the Dosage: Start with a small dose (approximately 200 - 300 mg), to assess your body's reaction. Over time, the dosage can be increased to the manufacturer's or a healthcare professional's recommended amount, but do not exceed the maximum daily dose.

2. Dissolve the Resin: Shilajit resin dissolves best in hot water, tea, milk, or any other warm beverage. Place a small piece of resin in a cup and pour a small amount of liquid over it. Wait until the resin has completely dissolved.

3. Consumption: Consume the dissolved Shilajit in the morning on an empty stomach for better absorption. It can also be taken 30-60 minutes before meals or as advised by a specialist. If the taste is too specific, the Shilajit solution can be added to a smoothie or another drink to improve the taste.

4. Regular Use: For maximum efficacy, Shilajit should be taken regularly. The optimal course of intake usually lasts from 12 to 16 weeks.

5. Storage: Store Shilajit in a closed container in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Proper storage will ensure its beneficial properties are preserved for a long time.
