We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shilaheal purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@shilaheal.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
