If you are not completely satisfied with your Shilaheal product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
All refunds require the physical return of the product or its remaining contents. We cannot process refunds without receiving the returned item. This policy ensures product authenticity and prevents fraudulent claims.
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The return request must be submitted through our official channels within this timeframe.
Products should be returned in their original packaging when possible. If the original packaging is not available, please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required to process any return. Please include this documentation with your return.

Securely package the product with all remaining contents, include your RA number, proof of purchase, and a brief note explaining the reason for return.
